Shipping Information

Welcome to my shipping information section. Here, you'll find all the details about my shipping methods, packaging, and costs.

The great news is I offer FREE domestic shipping, and the prices you see are inclusive of VAT. No hidden nasties to discover after you've added everything to cart.

All orders are posted via a tracked delivery service, either with Royal Mail or Evri, and are dispatched within 2-3 working days unless I hit a particularly busy period. This sometimes happens around Christmas. If your order cannot be made and posted within 2-3 working days, I will contact you by email to give you a more realistic turnaround time for dispatch. I very much appreciate your patience.

Return & Exchange Information

I hope you're 100% happy with your order and with the service you receive, but please get in touch if you have a problem. If you wish to return an item, please notify me immediately and return the item within 14 days of purchase. Your item should be returned in its original condition and be suitably packaged for safe transit. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting for your returned item. Once the returned item has been received in good condition, a full refund will be issued in accordance with European Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to purchase an alternative item, you can do so.

Please note buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom Orders or items altered at the customers request are non-returnable or refundable.

Alterations are sometimes possible at my discretion.

Whereby a customer provides an incorrect postal address, no refunds will be given. If the item is returned as 'undelivered', a refund will be given upon receipt of the returned item. Replacements will not be sent. Customers are responsible for the postage costs where a returned item is re-posted.
