This is a vinyl 4cm-wide industrial gothic collar. It features 1cm flat-headed spikes around the band and a stainless steel marine plated O-ring to the center, from which a steel chain hangs. The buckle holes are reinforced with silver-toned eyelets, and the 25mm buckle features a double keeper.
